We called him and actually called him during diner. He was awesome! He immediately showed us the property. We made an offer with Leonard, he presented us and the seller. Our offer was accepted and we were not even a slight bit concerned that he was representing both us and the seller. We knew that he was here to make the deal happen and we were very appreciative off all he did for us. Leonard worked very hard to get us to settlement. He refuses to release the listing so that I can use another realtor even though I have offered to protect his interest in any deal he may have brokered prior to releasing the listing. Since I informed him of my desire to terminate the agreement 3 weeks ago he has not scheduled a single showing or open house at my home but will not release the listing. I am now being forced to sue him to get him to release the listing. I gave him four months and several opportunities to repair our relationship. I could not be less satisfied with him as a Realtor or even as a business man or a human being. I have two mortgages and three small children. His cavalier refusal to either put forward best efforts to sell my home or terminate the listing may well cause my family to have to surrender the house to foreclosure.
