My husband and I recently had an Owens Corning Basement System installed. We are very satisfied with the product itself, but we wanted to let you know about the exceptional service we received from your installer, Bob Becker. Not only was he very experienced and thorough in his installation of your product, he was able to help with several design considerations that greatly improved the overall quality of the finished project. He offered many great suggestions and was always willing to go over every option until I was comfortable with the solution.

I generally don’t enjoy renovation projects or having contractors in my home. Bob, however, was the exception. He kept me informed of everything that was going on with the project as it was progressing, was very flexible with his schedule and was great with my dogs. After the first few days of the project and getting to know Bob, I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in my home. What I thought was going to be two to three weeks of renovation aggravation turned out to be a very pleasant process.

You are very lucky to have someone as professional and knowledgeable as Bob Becker as one of your installers.

“I can’t believe it’s been exactly two weeks and my basement is complete.  Who would have ever thought I could have my basement finished with no mess and no hassle?

Rob and Bob did an exceptional job with the installation.  They worked like a well-oiled machine.  They arrived at our house on time each morning.  If they were going to be late they would always give us a call to let us know.  Rob and Bob would answer all of my questions each day and let me know what was next to be completed.  My wife said that it didn’t even seem like anyone was working in the house.

I have had three of my neighbors’ come by to see the basement during the construction process.  Two of them want to use Owens Corning for their basements and of course use Rob and Bob.  The third would have liked to have had it done but his basement was already finished using drywall.  (He is not too happy with his mold problem)
