Dear Sir or Madam:

I recently had my basement finished by Owens Corning Basement Finishing Systems, the job having been completed on time on March 21, 2008, by Ian Kauffman.  I just wanted to let your company know how pleased I was by his work and by his conduct during construction.  I had held up on the letter because I was hoping to send pictures along with the letter, but wanted to wait until the painting was done, and the Home Theater System installed. Unfortunately, not everything has been completed yet. We were delayed at least in part because of some mix-ups with Theater Extreme, but I finally received the lst item that I needed from them on Tuesday evening, May 20, 2008.  Therefore, I did not want to wait any longer to send this letter.

Ian was a perfect gentleman. He was trustworthy, reliable, patient and dependable. He was always either on time, or early. He worked quickly, but well, and was never too busy to explain not only what he was doing, but why he was doing it. In spite of all our questions to him, he still managed to finish on time. Overall, we are thrilled with the work that was done and with the end result.

We would be happy to have Ian and/or Owens Corning back in our home any time.
