This letter is to attest to the professionalism and respect that the Afflerbach Crew demonstrates for your company. Matt, Shawn, Pete, from the first day showed nothing but respect and professionalism to me and my family. All of my questions were answered, and all three men took the time to explain in detail what was transpiring in my basement and what steps would be taken next. A job well done by all three men.
You should know, in the event that we purchase another home, we will have Owens Corning and Fiber as the finished product, and I will request the Afflerbach crew to do the installation. Again, a job very well done.
