Job Well Done with Installation of Basement Finishing System
July 29, 2008 by admin
Today, the installation of our Owens Corning basement finishing system was completed. We wanted to write a short note commending the job done by Bob Kenyon.
We have had a number of things done in our home by various contractors in the five years that we have lived in this home. Our experiences generally have been mixed, and we have always had at least one problem with each contractor that has done work.
We can honestly say that we did not have a single problem working with Bob. We trusted him in our home without our direct supervision, he provided guidance and advice to us throughout the project and he was prompt and courteous on the phone or in person when we wanted to check in on the project or ask questions. Bob also worked diligently to get the township inspector into our home (not an easy task in our township!) and also worked well with our alarm company representative in getting additional smoke detectors installed (we wanted our alarm company to wire the additional smoke detectors into our alarm system). In short, he was very professional in handling our needs.
We could tell that Bob takes pride in doing his work. He was very timely in completing the project, followed the desired layout and cleaned up each day. He was careful to make sure that the rest of our house was not affected by the work being done in the basement.
It was a pleasure working with Bob on this project, and we thank him for a job well done.
