My husband and I recently had an Owens Corning Basement System installed. We are very satisfied with the product itself, but we wanted to let you know about the exceptional service we received from your installer, Bob Becker. Not only was he very experienced and thorough in his installation of your product, he was able to help with several design considerations that greatly improved the overall quality of the finished project. He offered many great suggestions and was always willing to go over every option until I was comfortable with the solution.

I generally don’t enjoy renovation projects or having contractors in my home. Bob, however, was the exception. He kept me informed of everything that was going on with the project as it was progressing, was very flexible with his schedule and was great with my dogs. After the first few days of the project and getting to know Bob, I felt completely comfortable leaving him alone in my home. What I thought was going to be two to three weeks of renovation aggravation turned out to be a very pleasant process.

You are very lucky to have someone as professional and knowledgeable as Bob Becker as one of your installers.
