There’s a new face on a Boyertown landmark. Boyertown Café, formerly Schaeffer’s Restaurant, on Reading Avenue aims to please their loyal customers as well as capture a new crowd. New owner, Kosta Hionis, is maintaining the old menu favorites and adding some new choices. Space is available for a quiet meal for two up to corporate gatherings.
